The Current Assignment Concerns The Creation Of A Master Plan, The Creation Of A Design (Both Exterior And Interior) With A Detailed Price Estimate And Follow-Up Of The Works Until Final Delivery. Prior To Drawing Up A Design For 3 Centralized Group Shelters, A Master Plan Must Be Drawn Up. The Master Plan And The Design Of The Three Centralized Group Shelters On The Welfare Site Must Meet The Urban Development Requirements. In Terms Of Urban Development (Number Of Floors, Occupancy Rate, Etc.), “Good Spatial Planning” Applies. The Site Is Located On The Following Plots: 1St Division, Section B, Numbers 25/2Y; 25/2M ; 25/2P ; 25/2V ; 25/2X ; 25/R2 ; 25/2H, 25/2K ; 25/2S ; 25/2E; 25/F ; 25/2G; 25/2Z ; 12/F ; 236/A ; 20/C4 And 20/D4 . The Plots Are Located In Bpa No. 6 « Duinenweg With The Destination « Community Facility » Zone 5. In The Ostend-Middle Coast Regional Plan (Kb 26/01/1977) The Plots Are Located In A Residential Area. The Assignment For Creating A Master Plan, Creating A Design With A Detailed Price Estimate, Drawing Up A Building Application File, Drawing Up An Implementation File With Associated Specifications, Drawing Up A Tender File, Issuing Tenders And Following Up The Works Until Final Delivery Must Meet The Requirements Stated In The Specifications.
