Refuse Collection Services – Recovery Or Disposal Of Mixed Municipal Waste 2026. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Following Services: A) Recovery Or Disposal Of Mixed Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Msw) Cat. No. 20 03 01 In The Expected Quantity In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Of This Call, In Accordance With Act No. 79/2015 Coll. By The Regulations Of The Ministry Of Waste Management In The Field Of Waste Management. A Detailed Description Of The Contract Is Given In Appendix No. 1. The Collection Vehicles Of The Public Contractor Will Dump The Waste In The Designated Area Of The Transfer Station In The City Of Stará Ľubovňa Stará Ľubovňa And Kežmarok Will Be Carried Out By The Public Contracting Authoritys Own Transport. B. The Successful Tenderer Shall Ensure The Transport Of Waste From The Transhipment Station To The Waste Recovery Or Disposal Facility With Its Own Capacities. Loading Of Waste At The Transshipment Station. The Public Contracting Authority Requires That The Operator Of The Relevant Waste Disposal Facility Have In Force All The Permits And Decisions In The Prescribed Form During The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Contract. The Public Procurement Authority Requires That The Operator Of The Waste Disposal Or Disposal Facility Issue A Receipt In 3 Copies. G. The Public Procurement Authority Requires That The Operator Of The Waste Recovery Or Disposal Facility Has Taken Over All The Collected Waste Without Limitation.
