This Consultation Is Carried Out By The Services-Mail-Parcels Branch (Bscc) And The Consumer & Digital Branch (Bgpn) Of La Poste Aiming To Provide La Poste With A Face-To-Face Bank Card Collection Solution (Softpos) On Factéo And Smartéo Smartphones. The Bgpn Is The Consumer And Digital Branch Of La Poste, Which Manages The Office Network, Personal Services And Digital Solutions, While The Bscc Is The Services-Mail-Parcels Branch, Responsible For The Entire Mail/Parcel Operational Chain And Associated Logistics. The Objective Is To Modernize Existing Pos Solutions (Physical/On-Board Pos) And Complement Them With A Softpos Solution On The Mobile Fleet Controlled By La Poste By Improving The Customer Experience And The User Experience Of Account Managers And Postmen. It Covers Two Branches: - Bgpn (Smartéo – Customer Service Representatives In Post Offices): Between 13,250 And 24,000 Active Smartphones. - Bscc (Factéo – Mobility Factors): Between 200 And 20,000 Active Smartphones. All Branches Combined, The Solution Is Intended To Cover A Total Fleet Of Between 15,000 And 44,000 Active Smartphones. The Number Of Monthly Transactions Processed By The Solution, All Branches Combined, Is Estimated Between 100,000 And 1,200,000 Transactions Per Month. The Main Functional And Technical Expectations Of The Application Solution Relate To: - The Acceptance Of Payments By Contactless Bank Card (Cb, Visa, Mastercard, Physical Cards And Digital Wallets) Via A Softpos Application; - Integration With The Bgpn/Bscc Sales Applications And The La Poste Customer Collection Base (Sso Authentication, Authorizations, Authorization Requests, Receipts, Cancellations, History, Accounting Flows) Via An App2app Type Interface; - A Back Office For Monitoring Transactions, Reporting And Managing The Fleet Of Smartphones. The Solution Must Be Provided In Saas Mode And Integrated Into The La Poste Information System By The Service Provider, Including The Design Of The Architecture, The Provision Of Acceptance/Production Environments, Integration Tests And Technical Acceptance.
