Presentation Software Package – Modernization And Extension Of The Functionality Of The Ec1 Łódź Planetarium. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Extension Of The Functionality Of The Planetarium Projection Facility In Terms Of Audience, Software And The Planetarium System. Comprehensive Implementation Of The Project Includes Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of All Elements Of The Planetarium Equipment, Preparation Of Workshop Documentation, Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Cooperation In The Acceptance Procedure Including A Technical Audit (Acoustic Measurements) Performed By A Third Party At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Conducting Training For Employees, To The Extent Described In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Also Opz). The Order Also Includes The Performance Of Necessary Assembly Works, Integration Of New Systems With The Existing Infrastructure And The Provision Of Warranty And Maintenance Services For The Subject Of The Order, To The Extent Described In Detail In The Opz. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure Full Interoperability And Compatibility Of The Delivered Planetarium System, Including The Projection System And The Production System, With The Content Owned By The Ordering Party On The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement And Transferred To The Contractor During Its Implementation, As Well As With The Spherical Cinema Used By The Ordering Party, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Playback, Display, Editing, Preparation, Transfer And Further Use Of Audiovisual Content. In The Scope Of The Software Supplied In The Subject Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase, Transfer Or Grant A License Or Sublicense To The Ordering Party On Terms Specified By The Manufacturer, No Worse Than Those Required In The Opz. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And A Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
