Tenders are invited for Installation of Water Point in Saaide Oxfam is a global movement of people, working together to end the injustice of poverty. Oxfam has been working in Lebanon since 1993. We provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by conflict, and we promote economic justice and good governance, and womens rights. Oxfam also works with local partners to contribute to the protection and empowerment of marginalized women and men. Oxfam is seeking a contractor to construct water points in Saaide, North Bekaa region. Remuneration is based on submission of final deliverables according to the schedule below. 100% payment after delivery of the requested service, technical approval and submitting the financial documents. 6. EXPERIENCE OR PROFILE REQUIREMENTS The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies: Essential The supplier shall provide copies of original documents that demonstrate their legal establishment, registration, and status. These documents must explicitly state that the company is engaged in construction and engineering projects. The bidder must submit references for two projects in within same scope (name, Contact Details, type of work, start date, finish date), Please attach a table. The bidder must have a minimum two years of experience in the same domain List of previous and current contracts in the past 2 years for similar works, including name of contracting party, contract value and date of completions). Please attach a table Detailed list of tools and machinery that will be used in the implementation of the project. Please attach a table CV for the key persons, mainly person will be on site (project manager, civil engineer). Please attach a table Detailed work plan I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. The supplier shall provide data sheets for each item specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name. Financial Folder: Detailed financial offer for the Bill of Quantities Scoring will be based on the submitted documents.
