The Finnish Waterway Agency Manages About 16,300 Km Of Waterways Both On The Coast And In Inland Waters. There Are Approximately 25,000 Maritime Safety Devices On The Waterways. The Norwegian Railways Agency Orders The Maintenance Of Waterways As A Service For Four Marine Area Contract Areas And Six Inland Waterways Contract Areas. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into A Framework Contract With A Maximum Of Seven (7) Operators As Contractors For The Repairs And Renovations Of Waterway Safety Devices. Objects That Require More Detailed Planning). The Implementation Is Based On Existing Type Drawings, Job Descriptions And General Instructions. The Scope And Conditions Of The Work Are Reflected In The Tender Documents For Each Site. The Sites Can Be Located On The Mainland, Islands, Islets Or In The Water — In Both Sea And Inland Water Areas.
