The Scope Of The Order Includes The Implementation Of Construction-Assembly And Conservation-Restoration Works Of The City Historical Museum - Etropole - Stage Ii, Located: Upi Iii-1170, Quarter 97, Zone I According To The Plan Of The City Of Etropole, 105 Ruski Blvd. The Following Activities Are Planned For Implementation: Floors It Is Planned To Replace The Damaged Boards And Baseboards From The Floor. In Order To Terminate The Installation, It Is Planned To Remove The Walls And The Floor Covering Of The New Bathroom. To Replace Sewer Pipes, New Compacted Backfill And Concrete Pavement. The New Flooring Is Planned To Be Clinker Tiles To Match The Flooring In The Salon. In Addition To The Activities Described, All Floors Will Be Thoroughly Cleaned, Impregnated And Sealed For Durability. Walls It Is Planned To Install A Pre-Wall Sheathing Of Plasterboard With Mineral Wool Filling On The Outer Walls, Laminated With Aluminum Foil And Vapor Barrier On The Inside. The Height Of The Front Wall Sheathing Is Up To The Ceiling Planking, Where The Cornice Is Unnailed And After The Drywall Is Installed, It Is Nailed To It. In Rooms With Plastered Ceilings, The Height Of The Front Paneling Is Up To The Curtain Rod, And The Decorated Ceilings Are Completely Preserved. The Front Wall Coverings Will Be Plastered And Painted With Latex. In The Bathroom, The New Walls Will Be Made Of Moisture-Resistant Plasterboard, Covered With Faience Tiles In The Toilet And Plastered And Painted With Latex On The Side Of The Dry Rooms. After The Completion Of All Planned Activities In The Building, It Is Planned To Completely Paint All The Walls In White Color. Ceilings It Is Planned To Replace Compromised Boards And Battens On The Ceilings. In Connection With The Hiding Of Cables, It Is Planned To Loosen Part Of The Boards On The Ceilings And, After Passing The New Cables, To Nail Them Again. Anti-Pest Treatment Is Planned For All Wooden Ceilings. Doors In Relation To Current Depreciation: Bumps, Scratches And Stains, A Deep Cleaning With Sandpaper, Impregnation And Preservation Is Provided To Ensure Operational Durability. Staircase And Handrails In Relation To Current Depreciation: Shocks, Scratches And Stains, Deep Cleaning With A Wire Brush, Impregnation And Conservation Is Provided To Ensure Operational Durability. Electrical Installation A Complete Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Is Planned: New Main Switchboard, New Low-Current Cables, Key Contacts, Lighting Fixtures And Low-Current Cables And Equipment. Ov/Energy Efficiency By Laying Insulation On The Inside Of The Facade Walls, Replacing The Inner Wings Of The Windows With Ones With A Glass Package And Laying Roof Thermal Insulation, Heat Losses Will Be Reduced And The Microclimate In The Building Will Be Improved. Status: Declared Architectural And Construction Monument Of Culture With The Category Of Local Importance, According To The Pzr Of The Zkn, The Building Retains Its Status As An Immovable Cultural Value. A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities And Their Volume Is Contained In The Technical Specification And Investment Project Attached To This Documentation.
