1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works In The Road Industry. The Investment Involves The Implementation Of Road Works On A 1.607 Km Long Section On Plots No. 451/2 And Part 530 (Plot Ids: 101303_2.0015.451/2, 101303_2.0015.530) Within Ossowice, Ciełądz Commune, Rawa County, Voivodeship. Łódź. The Works Will Consist In The Renovation Of The Road With An Overlay System - Leveling Layer And Wearing Course - And Accompanying Works. The Investment Is Divided Into 2 Sections. The First Section Is 1.2 Km Long And 5.0 M Wide; The Second Section, 0.407 Km Long And 4.0 M Wide. The Scope Of Renovation Works Includes: • Measurement Works; • Laying A Leveling Layer Of Ac 11W 50/70 Asphalt Concrete, 3 Cm Thick And Wide Depending On The Section; • Laying The Surface Of The Wearing Course With Ac 8S 50/70 Asphalt Concrete, 3 Cm Thick And Wide Depending On The Section; • Construction Of Roadsides 0.5 M Wide And 8 Cm Thick After Compaction, Along The Entire Road Section; • Backfilling Of Roadsides With Soil Obtained On Site; • Leveling Of Existing Slopes With Paving Stones; • Renovation Of Crushed Aggregate Roads Leading To Fields And Properties; • Renovation Of Road Drainage; • Renovation Of Culverts Under The Road Crown And At Exits; • Illumination Of A Section Of The Road With Solar Lanterns; • Replacement Of Vertical Markings; • Road Widening - Restoration Of Cracks On The Edges; • As-Built Geodetic Inventory; • Development And Approval Of A Temporary Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works. The Investment Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund.2. A Detailed Technical Description Is Included In The Appendices To The Swz: Attachments No. 6A And 6B Bills Of Quantities For Section I And Section Ii Attachment No. 7 Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Attachment No. 8 Technical Documentation Attachment No. 9 Traffic Organization Design Attachment No. 10 Bioz Performance Of All Works And Activities That Are Not Indicated In The Design Documentation And Whose Performance Is, For Obvious Reasons, Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Due To The Specificity Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Recommends (But Does Not Require) A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party. 8. The Remuneration Will Be Paid By Transfer To The Contractors Bank Account In The Following Way: The Basis For Issuing An Invoice And Making Payment Will Be The Acceptance Of The Works Confirmed By A Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol.9. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Employees In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order (Including The Material Scope Of Construction Works Described In This Swz And The Design Documentation) Consisting
