Wilkowyjska In Tychy, Together With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Including Road Works And Industry Works, In Particular: • Construction And Reconstruction Of The Road, • Construction Of Sidewalks, Exits And Roadsides, • Construction Of A Road Drainage System With Storm Sewage, • Construction Of A Technological Canal, • Construction And Reconstruction Of The Land Infrastructure Network (Water Supply, Gas, Electricity), • Construction Of Street Lighting, • Implementation Of Road Traffic Safety Elements, • Execution Of Works Finishing And Greenery Development. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, And In Accordance With The Conditions And Agreements Of The Network Administrators. The Investment Includes: • A Road Approximately 447 M Long, 5.0 M Wide And With An Area Of 2,310 M² • A Sidewalk 2.0–2.5 M Wide And An Area Of 825 M² • Side Roads With A Width 3.5–4.5 M And An Area Of 300 M²• Roadsides With A Width Of 0.75–1.25 M And An Area Of 300 M²• Green Areas With An Area Of 944 M².1.1. Preparatory Works, Including: • Measurement And Geodetic Works, • Introduction Of Temporary Traffic Organization, • Securing The Construction Site, • Ensuring Industry Supervision, • Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, • Performing A Video Inventory Of The Storm Sewage System.1.1.2. Works Related To The Preparation Of The Area, Including: • Felling Of Trees And Bushes, Grubbing Up Of Stumps And Removal Of Stumps, Branches And Logs Along With Their Disposal.
