The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of A Section Of Ul. Kręta In The City Of Ustroń, Which Has The Status Of A Health Resort Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Modernization Of The Surface Of Ul. Kręteja. The Scope Of The Order Includes Preparatory And Demolition Works, Earthworks, Construction Of The Foundation, Construction Of An Asphalt Concrete Road Surface (Binding And Wearing Course), Hardening Of The Roadsides And Drainage. The Works Will Be Carried Out On A Section Of Approximately 586 M, Divided Into Stages, The First Stage From The Intersection With Ul. Leśna To Km 0.335 And The Second Stage From Km 0.335 To The End Of The Section Km 0.586. All Works Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party And The Investor Supervision Inspector. Before Submitting An Offer, The Investor Recommends That You Familiarize Yourself With The Scope And Nature Of The Works In Detail. The Contractor Will Provide Construction Facilities On His Own. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation Approved By The Supervision Inspector And The Ordering Party. Waste Generated As A Result Of The Works Carried Out Should Be Managed In Accordance With The Waste Act (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). The Above Is To Be Confirmed In The Bdo Database - Printed Waste Transfer Cards Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party. Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included Is Included In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In The Bills Of Quantities.
