The Subject Of The Contract Under The Name: Renovation Of Improved Surfaces In The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune Includes, Among Others, Milling Of Mineral-Bituminous Surfaces, Cutting And Dismantling Of Mineral-Bituminous Surfaces, Demolition Of Concrete Curbs And Concrete Footings, Partial, Demolition Of The Substructure, Construction Of A Gutter, Height Adjustment Of Sewage Well Covers And Sewage Grates, Water Supply Valves And Gas Installations, Earthworks, Making Grooves For The Footing And Curbs, Laying Embedded And Protruding Curbs On The Concrete Footing, Making A Ballast Base, Strengthening The Existing Base Layers With Crushed Stone, Stabilizing The Ground With Cement, Cleaning And Sprinkling The Surface Layers With Asphalt, Making Binding And Wearing Layers Of Mineral-Bituminous Masses, Making Entrances Made Of Limited Mineral-Bituminous Masses Edges, Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion With Stone Grit, Laying Of Concrete Paving Stones, Cutting And Hardening Of Roadsides, Installation Of Road Drainage Devices, Finishing Works, Removal Of Waste Generated During The Work And Transferring It For Disposal. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz, I.E.: - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 10 To The Swz; Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 11 To The Swz; - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 12 To The Swz; Which Constitute An Integral Part Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. Right Of Option.1. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right - The Conditions For Exercising The Option Right: A) The Use Of The Optional Order Will Depend On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party As An Entitlement That It May, But Does Not Have To Use, B) The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right During The Duration Of The Contract, This Right Is One-Off, C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Execute The Order Provided For By The Option Law On The Terms Described In The Tor, D) The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor Of Its Intention To Exercise The Option Right To A Specific Extent. The Lack Of Appropriate Information Means That The Optional Order Has Been Canceled In Whole Or In Part (If The Ordering Party Has Partially Used The Optional Orders), E) Orders Implemented Under The Options Are A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party.
