The Subject Of The Order Is The Demolition Of The Existing Culvert And The Construction Of A New Culvert Along The District Road No. 1097F At Km 16+897 In The Town Of Grotów For The Needs Of The Proper Functioning Of The Communication System. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Culvert, An Object With A Wooden Span Structure And Concrete Abutments; 2) Construction Of The Culvert From Prefabricated, Closed Box Elements, The Prefabricated Elements Are Joined Together Using A Reinforced Concrete Slab Of Variable Thickness Poured Wet At The Construction Site After Laying The Prefabricated Elements Together With The Transition Slab; 3) Construction Of An Asphalt Road Surface On Foundation; 4) Installation Of Balustrades; 5) Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization; 6) Construction Of Green Areas By Covering With Topsoil And Sowing With Grass; 7) Vertical Adjustment Of Elements For Underground Facilities.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. In Particular, It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, Including: - Land Development Design (Construction Design), - Detailed Design, - Technical Design, - Subsoil Testing Documentation Along With A Geotechnical Opinion, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, 3) Bill Of Quantities.
