The Subject Of The Order Is Development Of Public Green Areas In The Wałbrzych Agglomeration In The Świdnica Commune - Burkatów Pond - Feds / Errr, Which Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Preparatory Works, 2) Earthworks Related To Landscaping, 3) Maintenance Of The Existing Tree Stand, 4) Felling Of Trees, Including The Root Ball And Removal, 5) Elements Of Culverts Along With With Reconstruction Of The Surface,6) Desilting And Cleaning Of Ponds,7) Removal And Disposal Of Excavated Material,8) Construction Of Alleys,9) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements,10) Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And An Outdoor Gym,11) Laying Lawns,12) Planting Plants,13) Delivery And Installation Of Nesting Boxes For Birds And Hedgehogs,14) Finishing And Finishing Works Cleaning,15) Waste Disposal.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Construction Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz, The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz And The Inquiries And Answers To The Public Order No. Zp.271.1.2026 Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz. Due To The Fact That The Construction Documentation Covers A Scope Broader Than That Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Informs That: 1) The Bill Of Quantities Determines The Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. Additionally, The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Should Include The Felling Of Trees, Taking Into Account The Root Ball, Removal And Replacement Plantings In Accordance With The Decision Permitting The Removal Of Trees No. 119/2026 Of April 23, 2026, Contained In Annex No. 9 To Swz.2) Construction Documentation And Stwiorb Specify The Technology And Method Of Performing The Works. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Completion Of Some Of The Preparatory Works By The Previous Contractor, The Bill Of Quantities Indicates Items That Are Not Covered By The Subject Of The Order And That The Ordering Party Is In The Process Of Obtaining A Permit To Conduct Archaeological Research.
