However, The Above Situation Is Caused By The Process Of Rising Groundwater Levels Related To The Flooding Of Closed Zinc And Lead Ore Mines. At The Same Time, After A Field Visit, New Wet Areas Were Found, Especially At Ul. Nowa And Ul. Puza In Bukowno, Located A Short Distance From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Bukowno. As A Consequence Of The Situation Of Changing Soil And Water Relations In The Area Adjacent To The Treatment Plant, As Well As At The Treatment Plant Itself And The Need To Conduct Additional Hydrogeological Research, On December 18, 2024, The Company Canceled The Tender For Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Sewage Treatment Plant. - The Subject Of The Currently Processed Application To Change The Building Permit Is The Construction Design Of Changes Relating To The Original Construction Design
