Telecommunications Equipment And Supplies – Purchase And Delivery Of Network Accessories. 1. Procedure For Awarding The Contract; 1) The Ordering Party Establishes A Dynamic Purchasing System (Hereinafter Referred To As Dsz), In Accordance With Art. 316 Section 1 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Hereinafter Referred To As Pzp) On The Principles Relating To Contracts Whose Value Is Above The Eu Thresholds Referred To In Art. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law And This Information (Swz). 2) The Provisions Of Restricted Tendering Apply To The Award Of Contracts Covered By Dsz, In Accordance With Art. 140 Pzp, Unless The Provisions Of Chapter 2, Section Iv Of The Pzp Act Provide Otherwise. 3) The Implementing Regulations Of The Public Procurement Law Apply To The Proceedings In Question. 1. The Subject Of Orders Successively Awarded Within Dsz Will Be The Supply Of Network Accessories. 2. The Ordering Party Expects To Award 4 Larger Orders And 8 Smaller Orders During The Dynamic Purchasing System. The Awarding Of Orders Will Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Funds At Its Disposal, Therefore The Number Of Orders May Change. 3. The Ordering Party Estimates The Total Quantity Of The Ordered Equipment As: 1) Devices And Optoelectronics - 500 Pieces (Including, Among Others: Switches, Media Converters, 12V Power Supplies, Sfp Inserts, Etc.). 2) Measuring And Assembly Tools And Instruments - 500 Pcs. (Including: Lan Testers, Label Printers, Meters, Terminals For Meters And Testers, Etc.). 3) Cabling Systems And Passive Infrastructure - 70,000 Pcs. (Including, Among Others: Patch Cords, Utp Cables, Contacts, Modules, Adapters, Connectors, Passive Elements, Racks, Etc.). 4) Electrical Materials And Power Supply - 7,500 Pcs. (Including, Among Others: Power Strips, Data Sockets, Plugs, Power Supplies, Etc.). 5) Chemicals, Consumables And Accessories - 25,000 Pcs. (Including, Among Others: Lubricants, Tin, Tapes, Bands, Laggings, Rosin, Etc.). The Ordering Party Informs That The Quantities Indicated Above Are Only Estimated Quantities And, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, May Be Changed At The Stage Of Awarding Executive Orders (Both Decreased And Increased). The Ordering Party Also Allows For The Possibility Of Changes In The Number Of Assortments Also Between Individual Assortment Groups (Both Reduction And Increase).
