The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For The Supply Of A Differential Scanning Calorimeter (Dsc) With An Autosampler, A Cooling System, And A Thermogravimetric Analyzer (Tga); Ft-Ir Spectrometer With An Adapter For Analyzing Exhaust Gases From Tga Along With A Control Unit With Dedicated Software And Microbalances, As Part Of The Project Entitled Center For The Development Of Therapy For Civilization And Age-Related Diseases. The Funding Is Granted On The Basis Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Funds And Regional Policy Of September 27, 2023, On The Granting Of Financial Assistance By The Information Processing Center - National Research Institute Under The European Funds For Modern Economy 2021-2027 Program, Based On Contract No. Feng.02.04-Ip.04-0005/24-00 Concluded Between The Center Information Processing – National Research Institute And The Jagiellonian University – Collegium Medicum. 1.1 Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Contract Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Specifying The Functions, Technical Parameters And Conditions Required And Additionally Scored For The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex A To The Swz, I.E. Functions, Technical Parameters And Conditions Required And Additionally Scored, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That All Elements Proposed By The Contractor Are Compatible With Each Other And Ensure Full Functionality Without The Need For Additional Investments On The Part Of The Ordering Party. This Description Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Swz, E.G. Resulting From The Answers Given To The Contractors Questions.
