Intravenous Fluids - Zp/Czd/047/26 Delivery Of Modulen Ibd Or Equivalent For The Project: Assessment Of The Effectiveness Of The Cded (Crohns Disease Exclusion Diet) In The Induction And Maintenance Of Remission In Children And Adults With Exacerbation Of Crohns Disease - A Multicenter Randomized Trial (Ex-Eat). I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Modulen Ibd Or Equivalent. Ii. Detailed Information On The Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Price Form, Annex No. 5 To The Swz. Iii. The Ordering Party Envisages Submitting Equivalent Offers Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Described The Subject Of The Order By Specifying What Characterizes A Specific Modulen Ibd Product And This Indication Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent. Iv. The Name Of The Preparation Modulen Ibd Provided In The Price Form Specifies The Functional And Quality Features Required By The Ordering Party. Equivalent Products Offered By Contractors Must Have Functional And Quality Parameters Not Lower Than The Products Specified By The Ordering Party. V. Fulfilling The Obligation Arising From Art. 99 Section 6 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Criteria For Assessing Equivalence: - Equivalent Means A Nutritionally Complete Powdered Diet With A Neutral Taste For The Dietary Management Of Crohns Disease With A Composition Corresponding In Scope To The Modulen Ibd Preparation, I.E.: Glucose Syrup, Milk Proteins, Sucrose, Milk Fat, Medium-Chain Triglycerides (Mct) In The Form Of Oil, Minerals (Chloride Magnesium, Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Citrate, Potassium Hydroxide, Calcium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Manganese Sulfate, Iron (Ii) Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate, Copper (Ii) Sulfate, Sodium Molybdate (Vi), Chromium (Iii) Chloride, Potassium Iodide, Sodium Selenate (Vi), Vegetable Oil (Corn), Emulsifier (Lecithin). Soybean), Vitamins (C, E, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, B6, Thiamine, A, Riboflavin, Folic Acid, K, Biotin, D, B12), Choline Bitartrate. Vi. The Ordering Party Will Evaluate The Offers In Terms Of Equivalence Based On The Submitted Recommended Evidence Specified In Chapter Xv Point 1.4 Of The Swz: Leaflet/Folder/Information Card Must Contain Information About The Full Composition Of The Offered Preparation. Vii. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Equivalent Offers Are Consistent With The Opz.
