Tenders are invited for Procurement of Grid Tie Roof Mounted Solar Pv Systems for a Total Cumulative Capacity of 4 Mwp on Public Buildings and a 1mw/2mwh Battery Energy Storage System for the Republic of Mauritius. The Central Electricity Board is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government e-Procurement System for the Procurement of Grid Tie Roof Mounted Solar PV Systems for a total cumulative capacity of 4 MWp on Public Buildings and a 1MW/2MWh Battery Energy Storage System for the Republic of Mauritius Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/10805. Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Tuesday 02 June 2026 up to 13.30 hours (Mauritian Time) at latest. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 02 June 2026 as from 14.31 hours (Mauritian time) till Thursday 04 June 2026 up to 14.00 hours (Mauritian Time). Bidders must submit an Original Bid Security amounting to MUR 2.4M at the address mentioned below on or before the deadline for submission of the bids. The Bid Security shall be valid up to 28 December 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Friday 08 May 2026 at 10.00 hours (Mauritian time) at the Conference Room, 3rd Floor, CEB Office, Royal Road, Curepie, followed by a site visit to view some public buildings and CEBs 2 MW PV Henrietta Site where the 1 MW/2 MWh BESS will be located.
