Tenders are invited for Enlistment of One(1) Technical Expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) under the Experts Skills Scheme The Ministry of Information, Technology, Communication and Innovation hereby invites bids from eligible and qualified expert of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius for the Enlistment of One(1) Technical Expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) under the Experts Skills Scheme. A complete set of the bidding document, Ref. No.: MITCI/RFP 70/2025-2026, in English can be downloaded from the government procurement website: publicprocurement.govmu.org It is the reponsibility of Bidders to check on the government procurement website for any clarifications/addenda issued during the bidding exercise. Bids in a sealed envelope clearly marked Enlistment of One(1) Technical Expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) under the Experts Skills Scheme and Procurement Reference No: MITCI/RFP 70/2025-2026 addressed to the Permanent Secretary should be deposited in the Tender Box located at level 6, Sicom Tower, Wall Street, Ebene on or before 12 May 2026 at 13.30 hrs at latest (local time). Electronic bidding shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. The Ministry reserves the right to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract as per provision of section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006 without thereby incurring any liability to any bidder.
