Tenders are invited for Supply and Commissioning Notebooks and Personal Computers 1. The Ministry of Finance (MOF)is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritiusthrough the Government eProcurement System for the Supply and Commissioning of Notebooks and Personal Computers viz (i) Supply and Commissioning of 55 Notebooks Standard; (ii) Supply and Commissioning of 15 Notebooks Ultra-light; (iii) Supply and Commissioning of 15 Personal Computers. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MOF/IFB/2026/823. 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Wednesday 20 May 2026 up to13.00 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Wednesday 20 May 2026from14.00 hours tillThursday 21 May 2026up to 13.00 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder onThursday 21 May 2026 as from 13.01 hours: Ministry of Finance 14th Floor, Newton Tower Sir William Newton Street, Port Louis 6. The Ministry of Finance reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
