Hegge Stave Church Was Built In The First Half Of The 13Th Century, And Is One Of The Stave Churches That Is Still In Use As A Parish Church. The Church Has Undergone Major Changes Since Then Construction Time. It Has Been Given Small-Paned Windows, A Slate Roof And A Strong Roof Rider With A Pointed Spire, And An Extended Choir And Sacristy In The East. The Church Is Characterized By Architect Arnstein Arnebergs Restoration From 1924-25. Then, Among Other Things, The Armory And The Gallery In The West Were Expanded. The Church Has Linseed Oil-Painted Facades And A Slate-Covered Roof. The Church Has Conservation Status Automatically Protected, With Cultural Heritage Id: 84516 The Company Mainly Includes The Following Works: 1. Replacement Of The Sleeper Table/Water Table At The Bottom Of The Facade, Above The Foundation Wall. 2. Disassembly And Reassembly Of Panel Cladding On The East Facade Of The Sacristy. 3. Replacement Of Rot-Damaged Panel Cladding To A Limited Extent. 4. Renewal Of The Surface Treatment On All Facades And On Wind Skis/Ice Boards, Included The Cemetery Gate. 5. Renewal Of Surface Treatment On All External Windows And Doors, With Accessories Mouldings, As Well As The Replacement Of Putty False. 6. Rearrangement Of The Roof Design Of Slate Stone, For The Bottom Two Stone Rows, All Around The Church Building. The Work Must Be Carried Out As A Main Contract, Where The Main Contractor Has The Coordination Responsibility In Terms Of Time And Progress.
