replacement Of Lifts In Torvmyrveien 4A/4B With Option Landsbyhuset . Descriptionbackground Randaberg Municipality Is To Replace The Existing Lift Facilities In Torvmyrveien 4A And Torvmyrveien 4B. Todays Lifts Are Older Hydraulic Installations With An Increasing Incidence Of Downtime And Reduced Operational Reliability, And Are Assessed As Technically And Functionally Worn Out. The Buildings Are Used For Health, Care And Public-Oriented Activities, And The Municipality Needs Safe, Robust And Reliable Lift Solutions That Ensure The Necessary Accessibility And Safe Passenger Transport In Buildings With Continuous Operation. The Procurement Is Being Carried Out To Establish New Lifts That Meet The Current Requirements For Safety, Accessibility And Universal Design, Including Relevant Requirements In The Ns‑En 81‑Series, Requirements For A Technical Inspection Body (Tko) And Necessary Authority Follow-Up. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Buildings That Are In Active Use, With Special Requirements For Planning And Implementation To Ensure Safe Operation During The Construction Period. For Torvmyrveien 4A, There Is A Special Need To Maintain Accessibility Between Floors During The Construction Period, And This Therefore Includes The Establishment And Operation Of A Temporary Provisional Lift Solution While The Replacement Of The Permanent Lift Is In Progress. Description Of The Assignment The Assignment Includes The Complete Delivery Of Two New Machine Room-Less Stretcher Lifts (Mrl) In Existing Lift Shafts In Torvmyrveien 4A And Torvmyrveien 4B Respectively. The Delivery Includes, But Is Not Limited To: · Demolition And Environmental Clean-Up Of Existing Lift Facilities · Necessary Control Measurements Before Demolition And Adaptation Of A New Solution · Lift Technical Engineering Within The Existing Building Framework · Delivery, Assembly, Testing And Commissioning Of New Lifts · Necessary Official Processing, Technical Inspection And Approval (Tko) · Handover With Declarations Of Conformity And Complete Fdv Documentation · Training Of The Municipalitys Operating Personnel · Service And Warranty Benefits, Including Full Service With 24/7 Callout And Defined Response Times For Torvmyrveien 4A, The Establishment, Operation And Decommissioning Of A Temporary Provisional Lift Solution During The Construction Period Is Also Included, So That The Buildings Function And Accessibility Are Safeguarded While The Works Are In Progress. The Acquisition Also Includes An Option For Complete Delivery And Installation Of One New Passenger Lift In Landsbyhuset. The Option Includes The Same Overall Delivery Content As For The Permanent Facilities, Adapted To The Buildings Existing Conditions. Form Of Contract And Document Basis The Work Shall Be Carried Out As An Execution Contract, And The Contract Will Be Entered Into In Accordance With Ns 8406 – Simplified Norwegian Building And Construction Contract, With The Clarifications And Adaptations That Appear In The Tender Basis. C2 And Constitutes A Detailed Technical Delivery Performance Description For The Contract. The Delivery Must Meet All The Requirements Set Out In C2, In Addition To The Requirements Laid Down In The Competition Documents In Hyyr. The Requirement Specification In Hyyr Specifies The Minimum And Evaluation Requirements That The Delivery Must Satisfy. In The Event Of A Conflict Between The Tender Documents And The Appendices, The Text Of The Tender Documents Takes Precedence.
