Project: Tender21656 - The Procurement Of An Energy Management Solution For Ontario’S Education Sector . The Procurement Of An Energy Management Solution For Ontario’S Education Sector. The Ministry Of Education Is Seeking Bids For The Procurement Of An Energy Management Solution (Solution) To Support Ontario’S Education Sector And The Ministry In Making Informed, Strategic Energy Management Decisions. The Solution Will Replace The Previous Utility Consumption Database (Ucd) With A Modern, Secure, And Accessible Platform That Enables: • Centralized Collection And Integration Of Electricity, Natural Gas, Water, Renewable, And Alternative Utility Data. • Comprehensive Data Management, Analysis, Benchmarking, And Reporting To Support Compliance With Provincial Requirements. • Enhanced Dashboards, Custom Reports, And Decision-Support Tools For Ontario’S Education Sector And The Ministry. • Full Alignment With Ontario Public Service (Ops) Information Technology, Security, Accessibility, And Data Residency Standards. • Training, Onboarding, And Support Services To Ensure Effective User Adoption And Long-Term Sustainability Of The Solution. The Selected Bidder Will Be Responsible For End-To-End Implementation, Transition Management, And Ongoing Support To Ensure Continuity Of Service, Accuracy Of Data, And Alignment With Provincial Objectives. Scope Of Work High Level Scope Of Services The Vendor Will Be Responsible For The Provision And Management Of The Solution And Services As Described In Part 3 - The Deliverables Of The Rfb. The Vendor Will Be Required To: 1. Provide A Solution That Will Accept And Utilize All Existing Data Fields And Other Fields As Required; 2. Provide Hosting Services And Administration Services For The Solution; 3. Ensure Data Integrity, Accuracy, Completeness And Security; 4. Provide Ongoing Technical And User Support Services For The Solution; 5. Provide Both Initial And Ongoing Training Services To All Authorized Users; 6. Provide The Ministry With Key Team Members; An Overall Project Lead, A Project Manager, And An Application And Security Lead For The Application; 7. Liaise With The Ministry’S Project Lead For The Solution On A Regular Basis; 8. Liaise With Other Ministry Staff, As Required; 9. Meet With The Education Stakeholders On A Regular Basis; 10. Work With Representatives From All Authorized Users As Identified By The Ministry On The Key Deliverables As Specified In The Rfb; 11. Provide The Ministry With A Monthly Report (To Be Defined With The Ministry) On The Status Of The Initiative Which Must Include, But Not Be Limited To: I. The Progress Status Of Each Deliverable; Ii. Identify Unforeseen Challenges And Put Forward Corresponding Options For Resolution Or Mitigation Strategies; And 12. Provide All Services (Help Desk, Documentations) In English And French.
