Global Coordination And Production Service For Unitary Acts Of Cultural Promotion In The Neighborhoods Of Sant Adrià De Besòs.The Object Of This Contract Is The Provision Of All The Services Necessary For The Coordination Of Global Production And The Realization Of Cultural Promotion Events In The Neighborhoods Of Sant Adrià De Besòs For The Year 2026. It Involves Technical, Artistic And Logistical Production (Consulting, Pre-Production, Executive Production, And Post-Production), Regarding: Technical Personnel (Production, Monitoring, Stage Management, Auxiliary Control Personnel Access, Loading And Unloading, Assemblies And Other Technical Assistance) And Event Management Such As Concerts And Activities Of Different Formats. It Also Includes The Supply Of Materials And Sound And Lighting Equipment, Stages, Electrical Generators And Various Infrastructures (Fences, Chairs, Tents, Inflatables, Game Circuits, Signage, Etc.) And All The Logistics That Need To Be Provided For The Realization Of The Events And Unitary Activities That Are Related In This Technical Document. The Unitary Acts Of Cultural Promotion In The Neighborhoods Are All And Each Of Those Activities That Sant Adrià De Besòs City Council Wants To Carry Out During A Period Of Time Established By Each Neighborhood Association (One Weekend Per Neighborhood), And That Can Be Located In Different Data And Spaces According To The Year Of Implementation, Understanding The Activity And All Its Technical, Logistical And Production Needs. The City Council Presents A First Calendar Proposal But The Dates And Places Can Be Varied Depending On What The City Council Has In The Coordination And Pre-Production Phase. Sant Adrià De Besòs Is Divided Into Seven Neighborhoods: Sant Joan Baptista, Trajana, La Catalana, Montsolís, Casc Antic, Besòs And La Mina. From The Citizen Activities Service, It Is Intended To Promote And Democratize Culture In All Neighborhoods Of The Municipality. The Program Of Activities In Each Neighborhood Is Similar, And Is Determined Together With Each Neighborhood Association.
