1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Works: Construction Of Street Lighting In The Sicienko Commune, Which Includes The Following Tasks: 1.1. Task 1: Construction Of Road Lighting On Ul. Zielona In Zielonczyn - Stage Ii1) Construction Of A Yaky 4X35 Mm2 Cable Line With A Length Of Approximately 361 M, Which Should Be Led Out From The Existing So-7 Lighting Pole And Led To The Designed Lighting Poles - Pole No. So-9, So-11, So-13,2) Placing Three Ten-Meter-Long Galvanized Lighting Poles On A Prefabricated Concrete Foundation, Designed As Pole No. So-9, So-11, So-13,3) In The Place Of The Designed Pole No. So-8, So-10, So-12, Leave A Spare Cable, 4) On The So-9, So-11, So-13 Pole, A 19W Led Lighting Fixture With A Power Flux Of At Least 2650 Lm With Power Reduction - 3 Pcs. Should Be Installed,5) The Lighting Poles Should Be Marked With A Color Strip Green.2. The Constructed Cable Line Together With The Lighting Poles Must Be Technically Accepted By The Bydgoszcz Lighting District. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Appropriate Report From The Technical Acceptance.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Full Geodetic Services In The Scope Of Works Carried Out, Including Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory. The Inventory Prepared Should Be Certified At The Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center At The District Office In Bydgoszcz Or Contain A Declaration Of Obtaining A Positive Verification Result, Which Must Be Submitted By The Contractor Of Surveying Works Under Pain Of Criminal Liability For Submitting False Testimony. 4. The Scope Of The Order And Detailed Properties And Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Swz And Annex No. 6A (Concerning Task 1) To The Swz, Including: Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As As Amended) And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.
