It Is Necessary To Purchase Design And Execution Services For The Modernization And Re-Functionalization Of An Existing Building, In Order To Use It As A Research And Development Center For Semiconductor Technologies. The Main Objective Consists In Rehabilitating And Consolidating The Building With S+P+3E Height Regime, Restoring Facades, Interior Repartitions, Connections To The Utility Networks Located In The Premises, Exterior Design And Landscaping Of The Land. The Location Of The Objective Building Is In The Premises Of The Incd For Microtechnology - Imt Bucharest In Str. Erou Iancu Nicolae No. 126A, Voluntari City, Ilfov County. According To The Study D.A.L.I. Prepared In Advance, The Built Area Is 1034.00 Sqm, The Developed Area: 3741.60 Sqm Above Ground, Respectively 4775.60 Sqm Including The Basement. Existing And Maintained Pot: 0.84%, Existing And Maintained Cut: 3.05. The Contract Takes Place In The Design And Execution Of Works Regime (Design & Build Type), Starting From The D.A.L.I. Study, The Urban Planning Certificate, The Existing Notices And Aims At: -- The Development Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Related To The Phases D.T.A.C., P.O.E., P.T., D.E., As-Built Documentation; -- Obtaining All Necessary Approvals, Consents And Authorizations; -- Execution Of Consolidation And Modernization Works, Repartitioning, Installations, Connections, Equipment; -- Ensuring Technical Assistance From The Designer For The Entire Duration Of The Execution Of The Works; -- Commissioning And Acceptance Of Works. The Maximum Period For Design Services, Technical Assistance From The Designer And The Execution Of The Works Is 22 Months, Of Which: • The Period For The Provision Of Design Services And Project Approval, Including The Period For Obtaining All Approvals And Agreements: A Maximum Of 4 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Administrative Start Order; • The Execution Period Of The Works And Technical Assistance From The Designer (Including The Handover Of The Technical Documentation For Obtaining The Fire Safety Authorization): Maximum 18 Months From The Date Of Issuing The Administrative Order To Start The Execution Works. The Extension Of The Duration Is Allowed In The Event That The Legal Settlement Deadlines Are Exceeded By The Competent Public Authorities For Issuing The Necessary Notices And Agreements, Under The Conditions Of The Applicable Legislation.
