Endangered Species Protection Services – Environmental Activities In 2026. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Are Forest Management Services As Defined In Art. 6 Section 1 Point 1 Of The Act Of September 28, 1991 On Forests (Journal Of Laws 2024.530, As Amended - Forest Act), Covering Works In The Field Of Environmental Activities In The Ruszów Forest District In 2026. 2) The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Total Amounts Of Works Resulting From Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3) The Material Scopes Listed In The Annexes Included In Annex No. 2 Are Estimates. 5) Descriptions Of Activity Codes Describing Individual Forest Works (Activities) Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 6) The Description Of The Principles Of The Procedure For Accepting Forest Works Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 7) The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. 8) The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Administrative Area Of ​​The Ruszów Forest District. 9) The Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In The Forestry Area. The Location (Forest Address) Of Individual Forest Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Indicated In The Attachments Included In Annex No. 2 Is Preliminary. The Location (Forest Address) Of Individual Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 3.3. They Should Be Understood As An Increase In The Amount Of Work In One Location (Forest Address), While Reducing The Amount Of Work In Another Location (Forest Address), Within The Total Amount Of Individual Works Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Agreement Specified In The Tor. It May Also Be Necessary To Increase The Size Of Some Elements Of The Executed Order In The Course Of Performing The Subject Of The Order In Order To Complete The Full Scope Of Work Described In The Subject Of The Order.
