Engineering Services – Structural Planning For A New Fire Station In The Municipality Of Adelsdorf. Based On A Municipal Council Resolution From 2022, The Municipality Of Adelsdorf (Currently Approx. 9,800 Inhabitants) Is Planning To Build A New Fire Station In A Central Location On Parcel 369 “Münchäcker” For The Adelsdorf Volunteer Fire Department. In Terms Of Building Planning Law, The Property Falls Within The Scope Of The Adelsdorf X “Am Langgraben” Development Plan. The Surrounding Development Is A Commercial Area. After Numerous Examinations Of The Existing Building And Its Surroundings, It Was Decided Not To Stick To The Fire Station From 1976/77 And The Existing Property. The Newly Acquired Building Plot Of Approx. 10,686M² Is Currently Used For Agricultural Purposes. Based On Preliminary Studies Already Carried Out, Sandy-Silty, Partly Clayey And Slightly Gravelly Soils Were Found, As Expected. The Groundwater Level Was Found At Approximately 0.7 To 0.8M Below The Ground Surface. Small Amounts Of Pollutants Could Be Detected In The Soil.
