Supply, On A Leasing Basis, Of Gis Software Licenses Of The Esri Platform, As Well As The Associated Services Of Specialized Technical Support And Training, Aimed At Guaranteeing The Operational Continuity Of The Geographic Information Systems Infrastructure Of The Institut Cartogràfic I Geogràfic De Les Illes Balears (Icgib). It Is The Software That Is Used To Fulfill, Among Others, The Following Functions Assigned To The Icgib By Its Law Of Creation (Article 30 Of Law 8/2013, Of December 23, On General Budgets Of The Autonomous Community Of The Balearic Islands For The Year 2014): - Prepare The Basic And Derived Reference Cartography Of The Balearic Islands, Within The Scope Of The Powers Of The Autonomous Community, As Well As Any Other Cartography Or Geographic Information. - Develop And Manage The Spatial Data Infrastructure Of The Balearic Islands And, In General, The Geographic Information Systems Within The Scope Of The Government Of The Balearic Islands. - Promote The Geographic Information Systems Of The Public Administrations Of The Balearic Islands, And Develop And Maintain Those Entrusted To It, Especially Those Related To Territorial, Urban And Environmental Planning Instruments.
