Data-Processing Services – Service For Carrying Out A National Passenger Mobility Study Applying Big Data Technology. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Work That Allows Defining And Analyzing The Mobility Of Citizens, At The National Level, In Each Of The Modes Of Transport (Road, Rail, Sea, Air), Applying Big Data Technology. Said Mobility Will Be Analyzed Daily In An Aggregate Manner (Without Distinction Of Modes) And In A Disaggregated Manner (With Distinction Of Modes) In The Typical Weeks And Individual Days That Are Reflected In The Technical Prescription Document (Ppt) Of This Contract. Mobility And Transportation Of People And Goods Are A Direct Responsibility Of The Ministry Of Transport And Sustainable Mobility (Hereinafter Mitms). In This Sense, The Completion Of This Work Responds To The Need To Know The Existing Reality And Its Evolution In Terms Of Mobility: The Trips Made, Their Radius Of Action, Their Origin Or Destination, At What Time They Occur..., With The Aim Of Being Able To Optimally And Efficiently Address, Plan And Size Infrastructure And Public Services In All Modes Of Transport, And Satisfy The Real Mobility Needs Of Citizens. In Addition, This Work Must Provide Continuity To The Results Of The Study That Is Currently Being Developed By Mitms, Called “Service For Carrying Out The National Traveler Mobility Study, Applying Big Data Technology” From 2022. In Line With The Above, This Contract Is Promoted In Order To Provide Continuity To The Work That Is Being Done On Mobility Knowledge Using Big Data Technology. For The Preparation Of This Contract, The Positioning Of Mobile Telephone Terminals Through The Antennas Used By Operators, And Other Complementary Sources That Improve The Reliability Of The Results Obtained In Previous Studies, Will Be Used As The Main Source Of Data. For These Purposes, It Is Considered Essential That The Company That Is Awarded The Contract Be Able To Access And Use The Main Source Of Data For The Preparation Of The Study, That Is: Positioning Data Of Mobile Terminals, Through Their Antennas, And Currently Available To Mobile Telephone Operators. It Will Also Be Essential That All The Processes That Are Necessary To Execute In The Preparation Of This Study Are Carried Out In Strict Compliance With Organic Law 3/2018, Of December 5, On The Protection Of Personal Data And Guarantee Of Digital Rights, And Subsequent Modifications. Also, And For Reasons Of Confidentiality And Security, The Winning Company Must Undertake To Treat As Confidential, Not To Disseminate Or Publish The Results Obtained In The Work In Addition To Other Data That Is Provided By The Ministry Of Transport And Sustainable Mobility And That Serves For A Better Preparation And Development Of The Study, Especially On Issues Related To
