The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of The Ordering Partys Existing It Infrastructure, Including Its Blade Server Casings, Consisting Of: 1) Delivery Of Blade Servers Fully Compatible With The Ordering Partys Casings, Together With Installed Firmware, Compliant With The Requirements Specified In Annex 1 To The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Equipment); 2) Implementation Of The Equipment To The Extent Specified In Annex 2 To The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As Implementation); 3) Providing A Quality Guarantee For The Equipment And Implementation For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Referred To In § 2 Section 9 Of The Agreement - On The Terms Specified In The Agreement And Its Annexes.
