Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Project Management Competition Relating To The Construction Of A Commercial Building In The Plein Ciel District In Mee-Sur-Seine (77 – Seine Et Marne). It Is Organized In Accordance With Articles L. 2125-1 2° And R. 2162-15 To R. 2162-26 Of The Public Procurement Code. Its Purpose Is To Provide An Architectural, Technical And Economic Response To The Program Defined In The Program Relating To The. The Project Management Competition Relating To The Construction Of A Commercial Building In The Plein Ciel District In Mee-Sur-Seine (77 – Seine Et Marne). It Is Organized In Accordance With Articles L. 2125-1 2° And R. 2162-15 To R. 2162-26 Of The Public Procurement Code. Its Aim Is To Provide An Architectural, Technical And Economic Response To The Program Defined In The Program Relating To The Operation. This Is A Restricted Competition Based On A Sketch. The Jury Will Be Composed Of People Independent Of The Competition Participants. At Least A Third Of The Members Of The Jury Will Have The Qualification Of Project Manager. Pursuant To Articles R. 2162-23 And R. 2162-24, The Members Of The Jury Are Appointed According To The Agencys Own Rules. The Consultation Regulations Concern The First Phase Of Selection Of Applications. In The Second Phase, Specific Competition Regulations Will Be Given To Teams Admitted To Compete Via The Place Platform. The Budget Allocated To The Work By The Project Owner Amounts To €3,500,000 Excluding Tax.
