Banking Services – Private Banking Services Contract For Collaboration In The Collection Of Direct Debit And Bank Card Debt. The Object Of This Contract Is The Centralized Management Of The Collection Of Taxes And Other Public Law Resources Whose Ownership Or Collection Management Corresponds To The Oviedo City Council, Whether Payment Is Made At The Collection Management Entity Itself Or At Any Authorized Credit Institution (Collaborating Entity), Either In Person At The Offices Of These Entities Or Electronically, Through The City Councils Web Portal (Www.Oviedo.Es), Through Their Electronic Banking Service. Included In The Scope Of Application Of The Contract Are The Pos Terminals And The Payment Service Made By Bank, Debit Or Credit Card, Which Take Place Either In Person At The Municipal Administrative Offices Through Approved Terminals For Reading Bank Cards, Or Electronically Through The Oviedo City Council Web Portal.
