Electricity, Heating, Solar And Nuclear Energy - Zgok/Pn/13/2026-Electricity Supplies And Commercial Balancing For Zgok Sp. Z O. O. In Olsztyn. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Intermediation In The Sale And Purchase Of Electricity And The Provision Of Commercial Balancing Services And Other Services, In Particular: 1.1. Sale Of Electricity To The Ordering Party For The Purposes Of The Ordering Partys Own Ppe At The Prices Of The Balancing Market (Rb) And/Or The Day Ahead Market (Rdn) (Until The Launch Of The Municipal Biogas Plant) - Basic Scope: 3,000 Mwh And Option: 5,000 Mwh; 1.2. Purchase By The Contractor Of Electricity And Commercial Balancing Generated By Generation Sources And Not Consumed Within The Same Ppe With A Total Installed Capacity Of 0.1696 Mw (Before The Launch Of The Municipal Biogas Plant) And 2.1666 Mw (After The Launch Of The Municipal Biogas Plant) - 1,000 Mwh Under The Basic Order And 9,000 Mwh Under The Option. 1.3. The Contractor Will Provide Commercial Balancing Of Electricity For Its Own Needs As Part Of Self-Consumption At All Employers Ppe Points - Order Under The Option: 5,000 Mwh. At Each Stage Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Priorities For Dealing With Energy Produced By Its Own Generation Sources And, After Signing An Appropriate Agreement With The Contractor And Concluding The General Distribution Agreement, Allows Priority For Self-Consumption Within All Ppe. 2. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Estimates The Purchase Of Electricity At The Level Of 3,000 Mwh Under The Basic Order And Up To 5,000 Mwh Under The Option. 3. The Option Is Specified In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. There Is An Option To Increase The Amount Of Electricity By An Additional 5,000 Mwh And To Extend The Contract Implementation Period By An Additional 6 Months. 4. During The Term Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Produce Electricity From Its Own Generation Sources At A Maximum Level Of 1,000 Mwh (Basic Order) And 9,000 Mwh (As Part Of The Option). The Contractor Will Balance And Resell The Surplus Energy Not Used Within The Same Ppe. 5. The Ordering Party (Optionally), After Signing An Appropriate Agreement With The Contractor And Concluding The General Distribution Agreement, Allows Priority For Self-Consumption Within All Ppe Up To A Maximum Level. 5000 Mwh.
