Astrid Uses The Following System Components For Monitoring Its Infrastructure And Operational Support Of Its Activities: A. Opentext Ai Operations Management (Operations Bridge) B. Opentext Network Node Manager C. Opentext Universal Discovery And Cmdb As Part Of This Public Procurement, Astrid Is Pursuing The Following Objectives: Item 1: Renewal Of Opentext Licenses And Support Astrid Wishes To Renew The Licenses Of Opentext Products As Well As The Associated Product Support For The System Components That Are Part Of The Existing Monitoring Solution. The Complete List Of Product Licenses And Corresponding Quantities Is Included In The Technical Specifications. Position 2: Recruitment Of One Or More Ict Consultants (Oss/Bss System Administrator) Astrid Wishes To Recruit One Or More Consultants For The Corrective And Evolutionary Maintenance Of The Monitoring System. The Required Profile, Including Job Description And Qualifications, Is Included In The Technical Specifications. Astrid Will Call On This Expertise According To Its Needs. Astrid Wishes To Receive A Maximum Of Four Cvs. It Is Also Advisable To Permanently Provide A Replacement With Similar Skills And Offered At The Same Price, In The Event That The Consultant Is Absent For A Period Of More Than 3 Weeks (Due To Leave Or Illness). If The Proposed Consultant Turns Out To Be Unsuitable, A New Consultant Will Be Appointed, In Consultation With Astrid, Within 2 Weeks. Item 3: Exceptional System Support Astrid Wants To Have Exceptional System Support That It Can Call Upon In The Event Of Major Incidents. Station 3 Is Activated On An Ad Hoc Basis When Unplanned Incidents Occur, Both During And Outside Of Office Hours. Astrid Estimates The Total Number Of Man-Days For Which, As Part Of This Public Contract, Candidates Will Be Solicited At 880 Man-Days For The Same Four-Year Period. Astrid Is, However, Not Required To Actually Order The Estimated Quantities Mentioned In These Specifications. The Protection Of Personal Data Collected And Processed Within The Framework Of These Special Specifications Must Be Strictly Guaranteed Within The Meaning Of The General Data Protection Regulation (Eu Regulation 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of April 27, 2016) By The Different Parties.
