Construction Work – Designing And Carrying Out The Liquidation Of Toll Collection Points Located On The Opole Section Of The A4 Motorway, Along With Restoring The Condition Of The Road To The Standards Appropriate For Its Class.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design (Preparation Of Design Documentation) And Demolition (Construction Works) In The Design And Build System, Tasks Under The Name: Design And Implementation Of The Liquidation Of Toll Collection Points Located On The Opole Section Of The A4 Motorway, Along With Restoring The Condition Of The Road To Standards Appropriate For Its Class. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Implementation Of The Dismantling And Disposal Of The Infrastructure Of Toll Collection Sites (Hereinafter Referred To As Mpo), I.E. Toll Collection Stations (Hereinafter Referred To As Spo) Przylesie, Prądy, Dąbrówka, Gogolin, Olszowa, Nogowczyce, Restoring The Condition Of The Road To The Standards Appropriate For Its Class, Along With Changing The Traffic Organization. The Above Toll Collection Stations Are Located At The Junctions Of The Opole Section Of The A4 Motorway (Section From Km 193+965 To Km 281+686). The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Motorway, Improving Traffic Flow By Adapting The Mpo Cross-Section, I.E. Spo To The Full Cross-Section Of The Motorway Junction Connector In Accordance With Applicable Law, Orders Of The General Director Of National Roads And Motorways And Technical Knowledge. It Is Necessary To Perform All Necessary Design Studies, Obtain On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Necessary Opinions And Technical Conditions, All Arrangements, Permits, Permits, Decisions And Approvals Necessary For The Execution Of The Agreement In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And The Provisions Of The Agreement, Perform Construction Works And Obtain, On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Decisions On The Use Permit, If Required.
