Background This Public Procurement Procedure Refers To The Periodic Non-Destructive Inspection Of The Inner Surface Of The Reactor Tank Of Block 1 Of Mvm Paksi Atomerömű Zrt. (Hereinafter: The Customer), As Well As The Material Testing Of The Fasteners Of The Reactor Tanks. The Following Documents And Certificates Are Required For Material Tests: A. Nuclear Certification (Will Be A Contract Condition) 1/2022 On The Nuclear Safety Requirements Of Nuclear Facilities And Related Official Activity. (Iv. 29.) In Accordance With § 30 Of The Oah Decree, Issued By Mvm Paksi Atomerömű Zrt., Based On The Procedure For The Nuclear Safety-Related Qualification Of Suppliers Fel 005, For The Implementation Of Non-Destructive Tests Of Nuclear Power Plant Main Equipment In Connection With The Transformation, Repair And Maintenance Of Mechanical Technological Systems Classified At Least In Safety Class 1 Of The Nuclear Power Plant Systems Safety Class (Abos) And Nuclear Certification For The Performance Of Expert Activities. Test Certification Issued According To Eniq Methodology 1/2022 On The Nuclear Safety Requirements Of Nuclear Facilities And Related Official Activity. (Iv. 29.) 4.6.4 Of The 4Th Volume Of The Nuclear Safety Regulations (Nbsz) Nuclear Power Plant Operation Published As An Annex To The Oah Decree. 1400 Of The Chapter Point, Periodic Material Testing Systems Of Systems And System Components Must Be Qualified, Which Can Be Used To Prove That The Test System - The Test Equipment, The Test Technology And The Test Personnel - Is Capable Of Meeting The Requirements Under Real Test Conditions. An Important Requirement Is The Reliable And High-Quality Inspection Of The Designated Test Areas, Therefore Ultrasonic And Eddy Current Tests Require The Use Of Test Technology And Equipment Qualified On The Basis Of The Eniq Qualification Methodology, I.E. The Contractor Must Have A Valid Test Qualification Certificate Issued After The Test Qualification Procedure Carried Out According To The Eniq Methodology, Certifying Performance In Accordance With The Criteria Detailed In This Public Procurement Technical Description, For The Following Activities: - Vver Type Reactor Vessel Internal Inspection (Ut) O Mechanical Ultrasonic Inspection Of The Cylindrical Part Of The Reactor Vessel From The Side Of The Circular Seams And The Inner Surface Of The Raw Material O Mechanical Ultrasonic Inspection Of The Inner Surface Of The Transition And First Assembly Seams Of The Na 500 Joints Of The Reactor Vessel, O Mechanical Ultrasonic Inspection Of The Inner Surface Of The Reactor Vessel Plating, Including The Cylindrical Part, The Na 500 Joints, As Well As The Inner Arc Of The Joints Plating Of The Transition, - Vver Type Reactor Vessel Internal Inspection (Et) O Eddy Current Inspection Of The Inner Surface Of The Reactor Vessel Plating, Including The Plating Of The Cylindrical Part, The Na 500 Stubs, And The Inner Curved Transition Of The Stubs, - Vver Type Reactor Vessel Fasteners Test
