The Subject Of The Award Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Regarding Support Services In The Context Of Optimizing Material Costs. In The Context Of The Award Procedure In Question, “Material Cost Optimization” Means The Sum Of All Measures To Reduce Material Costs And Expenses, Both For Medical And Non-Medical Materials And For Medical And Non-Medical Services. As Part Of Optimizing Material Costs, The Vienna Health Association Is Currently Focusing On The Following Areas Of Action: A) Ai In Administration B) Ai In Medicine, C) Medical Excellence, D) Sustainability, E) Organization And Processes, F) Ict. Further/Other Fields Of Action For Optimizing Material Costs Are Not Excluded. The Aim Of This Award Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement, On The Basis Of Which The Ag Can Issue Project-Related Orders For Support Services As Part Of Optimizing Material Costs To The Rv Partners. In Connection With This Award Procedure, “Support Services” Are Understood To Mean Analysis, Consulting And Management Services, Including The Performance Of Accompanying Management And Control Tasks. The Support Services Within The Scope Of Material Cost Optimization Include In Particular (Not Exclusively) The Following Service Categories: A) Implementation Services Of Existing Analysis Results For Cost Optimization Potential (Project Management And Implementation Services; Management And Control Services; Training And Qualification Services; Communication And Stakeholder Management); B) Support (Advice) In The Analysis, Evaluation And Conception Of Strategic Services (Analysis And Evaluation Services; Conceptual And Strategic Services; Consulting Services).
