Tenders are invited for Procurement of Twenty (20) Conventional Diesel Buses (64-Seater) 1. The National Transport Corporation (NTC) is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of Twenty (20) Conventional Diesel Buses (64-Seater) 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: NTC/IFB/2026/844 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 26 May 2026 up to 13 00 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 26 May 2026 from16 00 hours tillThursday28 May 2026up to 13 00 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder Thursday26 May 2026 from 13 01 hours up to16 00 hours in the Boardroom of National Transport Corporation (NTC), Bonne Terre, Vacoas. 6. The National Transport Corporation (NTC)reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder as per provision of Section 39(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2006.
