Tenders are invited for Supply and School Furniture 1 Supply of School 3-Seater Desk with Bench Attached (to be used for Primary School in Non-Coastal areas) made from Laminated Super-Wood and Metal Structure including three coats of anti-corrosion paint- as attached Design with donor logos (3 Logos) Set 255 2 Supply of School 3-Seater Desk Table (to be used for Primary School in Coastal areas) made from Laminated Superwood including three coats of anti-corrosion paint- as attached Design with donor logos (3 Logos) Set 30 3 Supply of School Desk Bench (to be used for Primary School in Coastal areas) made from Laminated Superwood including three coats of anti-corrosion paint- as attached Design with donor logos (3 logos) Set 30 2. Language: As determined by ALIGHT, the working language of this tender is English. Other languages will not be accepted. 3. Qualifying and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender are as follows: a) Quote envelope should be sealed with the reference and must be stamped. b) Valid Registration certificates from Somaliland Government c) Valid Tax Clearance Certificate d) Good track-record and references from previous clients (At least three references from the Supplier / firm applying for Tender with verifiable telephone contacts and emails). e) Eligibility: Only furniture Companies and suppliers, manufacturers, workshops, or suppliers who have experience working on similar furniture projects are eligible to apply. f) Relevant Experience (Please provide proof of signed contracts and submission of purchase orders (POs) for relevant contracts related to similar furniture). The contract must be fully executed by both parties and should clearly specify the contract value along with a detailed description of the services provided. Only contracts or purchase orders (POs) and commitments that are no older than seven years will be eligible for consideration A minimum of three relevant and original contracts is required for eligibility in this bidding process. g) Submission of the latest certified bank statement of the applying entity (Original Bank statement from April 2025 April 2026) All bids must be delivered by hand into the Tender Box on or before 7th May 2026 during the office working hour from 8:00 am to 5:00 Pm to Hargeisa Office Near Sacaadadiin Hyper Market Area, West of Jumeira Hotel. The SEALED ENVELOPE will be clearly marked with the precise reference of the invitation to which it is a response and the name of the applicant. Tenders delivered after the specified time will not be accepted. Bid Opening: The bids will be reviewed in the presence of all vendors participating and the Tender Committee of ALIGHT if and when applicable.
