The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Sidewalk With Drainage And Road Widening Along The District Road No. 1343K Niwka-Bobrowniki Małe In The Towns Of Rudka And Bobrowniki Małe At Km 3+069 - 3+253 In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Swz And The Attached Documentation. Location: The Task Will Be Carried Out On The Left Side Of The District Road No. 1343K Niwka - Bobrowniki Małe, Located On Plots With Registration Numbers 549/1 And 56/5 In Bobrowniki Małe. The Development Design Is An Annex To The Construction Design. The Construction Of The Sidewalk Will Consist Of: 1) Preparatory And Demolition Works - Carrying Out Measurement Works And Marking Out The Route In The Field. 2) Milling The Asphalt Surface - Milling The Existing Bituminous Layer Over A Length Of 184 M. 3) Earthworks - Excavations For Curb Footings, Widening The Road, Sidewalk And Exits, As Well As Making The Necessary Embankments. 4) Works On Sidewalks And Exits - Profiling The Ground For The Construction Layers Of The Sidewalk And Entrances. Construction Of The Lower Base Layer Of Natural Aggregate For The Curb Footing, Sidewalk And Entrances. Construction Of A Concrete Footing For The Curb And Edging. Setting 8*30 Edges, 15*30 Curbs And Low Curbs At Entrances. Construction Of Foundation Layers From A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate For The Sidewalk And Entrances. Construction Of The Exit Surface From Red Paving Stones, 8 Cm Thick, On A Cement-Sand Ballast, And The Pavement Surface From Gray Paving Stones, 6 Cm Thick.5) Widening The Road - Construction Of The Widening Structure (Base Made Of Natural And Crushed Aggregate) And Laying A Binding Layer And A Wearing Course Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, 4 Cm Thick, On The Entire Surface (Widening And Milled Surface).6) Drainage - Construction Of A Curb Sewer Made Of Paving Stones, Installation Of Sewage Wells With Drains And Desilting Of The Existing Ditch.7) Finishing And Accompanying Works - Topsoiling The Area Between The Sidewalk And The Fence And Sowing It With Grass. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide At Least A 36-Month Quality Guarantee Period (12 Quarters). Detailed Information Is Included In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications (Sst). These Documents Constitute Attachments To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Provided Is Only Of Auxiliary And Informative Nature Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration. The Documentation Describes A Broader Scope Than The Subject Of This Order. The Subject Of This Order Covers The Range Of Km 3+069 - 3+253. If In Any Of The Documents, I.E. Design Documentation Or Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Relation To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.
