The Investment Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular:1. Design Documentation And Formalities − Development Of Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, − Verification And Possible Adaptation Of Existing Design Documentation, − Development Of Design Solutions Consistent With Applicable Regulations And Standards, − Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements And Opinions, − If Necessary, Changing The Decision On The Building Permit Resulting From The Adopted Design Solutions.2. Construction Works − Construction Of The Surface Of A 400 M Circular Athletics Track: • 4 Tracks On The Circular Track, • 6 Tracks On The Straight (On The Side Of The Stands), − Construction Of A Long Jump Jump, − Construction Of A Paving Stone Surface In The Area Of ​​The Football Pitch For Shelters, − Local Reconstruction Of The Grass Area Within The Pitch Area, − Performance Of Works Related To The Removal Of Possible Collisions, Pruning Of Trees To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Investment.3. Equipment − Supply Of Mobile Equipment, Including: • Portable And Mobile Goals On Wheels, • Cones Marking The Edges Of The Running Track And Usable Zones, • Other Elements Of Equipment Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Facility.4. Accompanying Works − Providing Surveying Services, − Securing And Marking The Construction Site, − Performing Preparatory And Cleaning Works, − Development Of The Construction Site, − Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works. Technical Requirements - The Polyurethane Surface Must Be A System With A Valid World Athletics (Formerly Iaaf) Certificate, - The Surface Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 14877 Standard, - The Geometry Of The Running Track Must Meet The Requirements Of World Athletics, - All Materials Must Be Brand New, Have The Required Approvals, Certificates And Approvals For Use, - Before Starting The Works, The Contractor Will Present The Surface System Together With Technical Documentation For The Ordering Partys Approval. The Ordering Party Has Design Documentation And A Building Permit Decision, Which Are Of An Auxiliary Nature For The Contractor. The Documentation Provided By The Ordering Party Is For Informational And Auxiliary Purposes Only And Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Verify It And Assume Full Responsibility For The Design Solutions.
