The Subject And Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Verification Of Project Documentation And The Exercise Of Investor Control And Supervision, Among Others, In Accordance With Art. 25 Of The Construction Law, Standards And Other Provisions Of Polish Law And The Ordering Partys Internal Regulations, Over Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task, As Well As Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Order To Effectively Enforce The Requirements Specified In The Agreements With Work Contractors, In Connection With The Involvement Of Pge Energetyka Kolejowa Operator Sp. Z O.O. In The Muza Railway Line Modernization Project. As Part Of The Investor Supervision Service, The Contractor Should Ensure Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, In Particular Regarding Timeliness, Correctness Of Execution And Quality Of Works, Materials And Equipment Used, Costs Of Works, Acceptance Of Works, Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task, Up To The Settlement Of The Task.
