Trench Sheeting Work – Neubau Hipsii.2. The New Building Is Being Built On The Campus Of Saarland University In Saarbrücken And Will Be Used By The Helmholtz Institute. It Is An Extension For The First Construction Phase Of The Helmholtz Institute For Pharmaceutical Research Saarland (Hips) And Complements It Functionally And Architecturally. The Extension Is Planned To The East Of The Existing Building And Is Connected To The Existing Building By Two Bridges, Each Of Which Connects The Office And Laboratory Corridor With That Of The New Building. The Extension Is Complemented By Terraced Parking Areas Integrated Into The Site To The East. The Position Of The Longitudinal Axes Of The Building Is Based On The Existing Structure. The Laboratory Axis Grid Was Chosen To Be Slightly Wider Than In The Existing System In Order To Ultimately Allow For More Flexible Device Setup. This Creates A Uniform Grid Based On A 1.2M Base Size For The Offices And Laboratories, Which Helps Simplify Construction. The New Building Is Planned As A Four-Story Building With An Additional Staggered Floor And A Total Height Of Approx. 22 M. The Construction Site Is On A Hillside. It Is Accessible On The Ground Floor From The Garden. The Main Access Is On The First Floor From Street Level. The Building Consists Of A Ground Floor Set Into The Slope And 4 Upper Floors, With The 4Th Floor Being A Staggered Floor. Half Of This Houses The Technology Center And A Large Social Room Including A Roof Terrace. External Dimensions: Approx. 66.00 X 33.00 M The Terraced Parking Areas Essentially Consist Of Three Staggered Parking Levels, Which Are Accessed Via A Side Access Road (Level 1: 3 Disabled Parking Spaces / Level 2: 24 Parking Spaces / Level 3: 12 Parking Spaces). The Subject Of This Tender Is The Dismantling Work On The Asphalt Parking Area, Earthworks (Creation Of The Excavation Pit), Shoring Work, The Crane Site Foundation And The Bored Pile Foundation: - Own Construction Site Equipment - Construction Site Fence Approx. 400 M - Dewatering Of The Excavation Pit - Formwork Work (Support Plank With Channel Planks): Approx. 40.00 M - Dismantling Asphalt Area: Approx. 1250 M² - Excavation Work: Approx. 11,200 M³ (Top Soil, Sand And Rock) - Construction Road: Approx. 900 M² - Bored Pile Work: Approx. 34 Hours - Crane Parking Space Approx. 6X6 M (On 4 Bored Piles) - Lightning Protection/Grounding Work Bp Approx. 150 M The Order Is In Connection With A Project And/Or Program Financed By The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf).
