Service Provision - Audiovisual Coverage Of Events: The Service Consists Of Comprehensive Coverage Of Events Promoted Or Supported By The Municipality Of Coimbra, Covering Events Of Different Sizes, From Small To Large. This Coverage Includes Complete Capture With High Quality Photographic Records And Videos, Taken By Duly Qualified Camera Operators. It Is Necessary To Use At Least Two High-Resolution Mirrorless Cameras To Guarantee The Quality Of The Images. The Contractor Must Ensure The Presence Of A Team Made Up Of A Professional Videographer (A Second Videomaker May Be Requested If Necessary) And A Professional Photographer At The Event Location, At Least One Hour In Advance Of The Start Time. All Team Members Must Be Identified By Company Badges, Ensuring Security And Proper Identification During The Event. - Service
