Bids Are invited for Daily Brooming, Cleaning & mopping of floors, dusting of table, chairs, furnitures, cleaning of Toilet,window grills, glass panes etc. item including all cost of all labour brooms, mops, etc. as per instruction of EIC. , Clearing of jungle from road side area and grounds of rank vegetation,grass,brush wood,trees and saplings of girth upto 15 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level with mechanical/manual means and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area cleared as directed by the Engineer in charge. , Cleaning of toilets including cleaning & washing of floors,dado,wash basins,urinal basin,wc pans with acid & phynyle,etc.(All wash basin & urinal basin contains minimum one napthalene ball daily ) including all cost labour, phynyle ,acid,napthalene ball,brooms etc all complete at all Offices and service buildings etc as per instruction of the Engineer-in-charge , Maintenance of Lawn & garden including removing of weeds, grass, & watering of grass etc. all complete as per direction of EIC , Maintenance of flowering & non-flowering plants including removing weeds, grass & watering to plants, earth cutting surrounding in 0.75m radius around the treees or plants etc. all complete as per direction of EIC , Supplying,stacking & spreading of UREA , Supplying, Stacking & Spraying of insecticides with machine with expert person/Operator with all safety precaustion as per direction of EIC , Cutting of lawn by mechanical means, including disposal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the peripheri of the area as per direction of engineer in charge.. , Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep , Providing and stacking of Foxtail palm of ht. 180-210 cm bottom girth 25- 30 cm well developed in big size HDPE bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge. , Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. One coat , Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work. , French spirit polishing :One or more coats on old work , Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm). , Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required rubber moulded colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. , Providing and laying in position cement concrete ofspecified grade excluding the cost of centering andshuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived fromnatural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
