The Flemish Brabant West Fire Brigade Zone Wishes To Conclude A Framework Contract, Divided Into 3 Lots, For The Supply Of Tables, Chairs And Reception Furniture. The Framework Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of 4 Years, And Can Be Tacitly Extended Twice For 2 Years Each Time. During The Initial Term, In 2026 And 2027, 2 New Fire Stations (Approximately 110 And 90 Employees Respectively) Must Be Provided With Tables, Chairs And Reception Furniture. In The Medium Term (I.E. During The Extensions Of The Initial Term), 2 Additional Fire Stations (Each With Approximately 50 Employees) May Have To Be Equipped. In Addition, Due To A Continuous Increase In Employees, The Fire Zone Regularly Needs Additional Tables And Chairs. Due To The Potentially Long Term Of The Framework Contract, The Flemish Brabant West Fire Zone Tries To Achieve Uniformity In The Furniture Of Its Various Entities, Which, Among Other Things, Benefits The Interchangeability Of Furniture Between The Various Entities.
