The Construction Project Includes The Construction Of A New Waterworks With Two Water Chambers And Service Buildings To Ensure The Sustainable Supply Of Drinking Water For The Towns Of Detter And Weißenbach. The Project Replaces The Existing Systems And Improves Security Of Supply, Water Quality And Fire-Fighting Water Provision In The Supply Area. The New Waterworks Will Be Built In A Forest Area North Of The Detter District. Due To Its Nature, The Raw Water From The Source Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Drinking Water Ordinance Without Treatment. The Following Treatment Cuts Are Intended To Adapt The Water Quality: Ultrafiltration To Remove Particles, Cloudy Substances And Germs Chemical Deacidification Via Filter Tank For Hardening And Partial Deacidification Physical Deacidification Via Flat Bed Aerators For Residual Deacidification And Oxygen Enrichment Uv Irradiation As Safety Disinfection
