Full-Scale Emergency Exercise – Eastmain River, Waskaganish And Wemindji Airport . Transport Canada - Programs Group (Tc) Wishes To Conduct The Testing Of The Emergency Plan In Accordance With Section 302.208 Of The Canadian Aviation Regulations By Conducting A Full-Scale In-Person Emergency Exercise At The Following Three (3) Airports: ? Eastmain River Airport ? Waskaganish Airport ? Wemindji Airport All Exercises Must Take Place Before October 16, 2026 (Exact Dates To Be Discussed At Contract Award). The Exercises Must Take Place In 2026 To Avoid Regulatory Non-Compliance. The Exercises Must Be Carried Out Between 9:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. From Monday To Friday.
