1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Conference Room And The Toilet Assigned To This Room. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Task, It Is Planned To Renovate The Premises Infrastructure Of The Above-Mentioned Premises. Areas, Which Will Allow The Ordering Party To Raise The Standard Of Individual Rooms. After The Modernization Works Are Completed, It Will Be Possible For The Hospital To Organize Promotional Activities At The Appropriate Level. The Renovated Rooms Of The Conference Hall Will Allow You To Organize Press Conferences, Events, Etc. Meetings Promoting An Investment Project For Which The Entity Received Funding From The European Union. Promotional Activities Will Be Carried Out Both At The Stage Of Implementation Of The Main Task (Improving The Quality And Availability Of Medical Services Provided As Part Of Outpatient Specialist Care And On A One-Day Basis At The John Paul Ii Provincial Hospital) As Well As Throughout The Entire Duration Of The Project (Minimum 5 Years). 2) Order Covering Construction Works In The Above-Mentioned Areas Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Regulations, Requirements Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu), The Ordering Partys Responses Provided At The Tender Stage And Other Guidelines That Are Attached To The Terms Of Reference.3) The Detailed Scope Of The Task Based On Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Is Specified In The Ffu, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Also Takes Into Account The Provisions Of The Łódź Provincial Commander Of The State Fire Service, Which Constitute Annexes To The Ffu.4) Other Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Order And The Principles Of Cooperation Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
